My name is Robert Ricciardi. I am one of the principals of Delric Construction Company. We are located in North Haledon, N.J. Over four decades of business we’ve completed many projects in the City of Paterson.

In the 1970′s we did residential work. From the early 1980s to the present we specialized in commercial and public sector work. We’ve worked on many schools School 24, The Roberto Clemente School Annex, School 26 to name a few. Over the years we performed many projects at the Passaic County Community College. Our most recent project is a renovation of the Hamilton Hall Building on Ellison Street.

Over all of these years we had a good working relationship with the Paterson Building Department. We believed that the department was run professionally until we attempted to procure a permit for the Hamilton Hall renovation project. We began the procurement in December 2014. The Paterson Building Department regressed severely with no competent person in charge. The project was delayed severely due to the fact that we were not able to procure a complete building permit until June 2015.

This was made possible only by the efforts of Jerry Lobozzo. Mr Lobozzo was also instrumental in getting us final inspections and approval to open the Hamilton Hall project to students of Passaic County Community College.

The Paterson Building Department is greatly improved due to the addition of Mr. Lobozzo.
