A more than 23,000 square feet industrial building on McLean Boulevard will soon be occupied by a new furniture company.

Mobista Home Furnishing has entered into a lease agreement to use the 23,152-square-foot building at 106 McLean Boulevard for its first location.

“This property was well positioned to accommodate a wide variety of potential tenants given its location and flexible layout providing both warehousing and administrative space in one location,” Scott Perkins of NAI Hanson, a commercial real estate firm, which helped to negotiate the lease with the business, said on Tuesday morning. “This transaction fits with the broader trend we have seen of new companies searching for well-maintained and versatile industrial space in this northern New Jersey submarket. We were able to bring a new business to Paterson while securing a new and growing tenant for our client.”

The McLean Boulevard commercial corridor is home to big name box stores like Lowe’s, HomeDepot, and MicroCenter. The area offers easy access to major New Jersey highways including Route 80.

106 McLean Boulevard has 20,981 square feet of warehouse and 2,171 square feet of office spaces. It has 4 loading docks.

The cost of the lease agreement was not made public. It’s not clear when the company will start occupying the space.
