A city man was wounded in a shooting on Presidential Boulevard on Sunday evening, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police received report of a shooting at around 8:15 p.m. at 200 Presidential Boulevard, authorities said.
A 24-year-old man was wounded in the incident and sought treatment for gunshot wounds at St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, police learned.
Police canvassed the area, but could not locate a victim until word came from the hospital, authorities said.
Authorities said there were three shootings over the weekend in Paterson. A 37-year-old man from Elizabeth was wounded on 10th Avenue on Saturday and 22-year-old Davon Owens was killed early Sunday morning, according to police.
