Paterson man killed in Godwin Avenue shooting

A city man was killed in a shooting on Godwin Avenue on Monday night, according to authorities.
Authorities have not identified the victim. The 28-year-old man was fatally wounded at around 9:40 p.m. on Godwin Avenue between Rosa Parks Boulevard and East 18th Street, according to police sources.
The victim was rushed to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center, but succumbed to his injuries, according to authorities.
