Paterson police identify man killed in Route 20 crash

A man from Passaic City died early Thursday morning following a single-vehicle crash on Route 20, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police identified the victim Naje Mack, 25, on Friday afternoon. Authorities said Mack’s BMW struck the center divider and flipped on Route 20 South near Park and 17th avenues at around 3:30 a.m.
Mack was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police shut down Route 20 for more than five hours to investigate the crash.
