Two Paterson men wounded in Union Avenue shooting

Two city men were injured in a shooting at the intersection of Union Avenue and Jasper Street early Sunday morning, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police responded to report of a shooting at Redwood and Union avenues at around 4:33 a.m. The victims, 31-year-old and 28-year-old, were located at the corner of Union Avenue and Jasper Street.
Each sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound, authorities said.
Both victims were rushed to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment.
