A city man was arrested and charged with first-degree attempted murder on Saturday for allegedly shooting a 15-year-old boy on 11th Avenue, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.

Isaiah Snead, 18, is also charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose. He allegedly shot the victim in the area of 11th Avenue and East 28th Street on June 8, 2019, authorities said.
