Paterson police arrest six in Union Avenue drug bust, seize marijuana and Glock handgun

The police arrested six people and seized marijuana and a handgun during a raid at a house on Union Avenue, according to public safety director Jerry Speziale.

Christian Morales, 27, of Paterson; Ahmed Yasin, 24, of Clifton; Aurelia Radovic, 25, of Paterson; Angela Dalba, 23, of Clifton; Nelson Bonilla, 29, of Paterson; and Tamir Williams, 29, of Paterson, were arrested during the raid at 512 Union Avenue on Thursday.

Morales, Yasin, Radovic, and Dalba were each charged with marijuana possession and distribution. Police also charged them with unlawful possession of a Glock 17 9mm handgun, possession of a weapon during a drug offense, possession of a high capacity magazine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police seized 22 bags of marijuana, 52 THC cartridge, a 3-pound bag of edibles. $3,162 in suspected drug money was seized from Morales, Yasin, Radovic, and Dalba, police said.

Their alleged customers Bonilla and Williams were each charged with possession and intent to distribute marijuana. Both allegedly bought 26 THC cartridges from Morales, Yasin, Radovic, and Dalba.

Police confiscated $199 from Bonilla and Williams.

Radovic, also known as “A-Monay,” and Morales, also known as “Bris,” lived at 512 Union Avenue, police said.

Radovic resided on the first floor.
