34-year-old Paterson man hurt in 12th Avenue shooting

A city man was wounded in a shooting on 12th Avenue early Sunday morning, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police were advised the 34-year-old man arrived at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound at around 4:50 a.m.
Police believe the victim was injured when shots were fired on 12th Avenue and East 24th Street. Detectives located potential crime scene in the area.
