Coronavirus cases top 6,000 in Paterson

The number of people tested positive for the new coronavirus in Paterson increased by 28 to 6,005 on Tuesday afternoon, according to municipal government data.
No new fatalities were reported on Tuesday. 306 have died from Covid-19 in Paterson.
Paterson has the largest outbreak of the virus in Passaic County.
Passaic County has 15,371 infections with 842 deaths. Overall, New Jersey had 149,013 cases with 10,586 fatalities on Tuesday.
