Paterson man struck by car on Route 21 in Passaic City dies, authorities say

A Paterson man who was struck by a vehicle on Route 21 North in Passaic City in April has died from his injuries, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Emmanuel Perdomo, 27-year-old, died at 6:47 a.m. on Monday, authorities said.
Perdomo was struck by a 2005 Honda Civic operated by 57-year-old Luis J. Munoz of Passaic City on April 14, authorities said.
Perdomo was walking on Route 21 North near mile marker 11.2. After hitting Perdomo, Munoz remained at the scene and provided police a valid driver’s license.
No charges have been filed.
Authorities said the case remains under investigation.
