Paterson man, 18, hurt in Summer Street shooting

A city man was injured in a shooting on Summer Street early Sunday morning, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 18-year-old, arrived at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.
Police believe the victim was struck by gunfire on Summer Street between Hamilton Avenue and Broadway at around 2:50 a.m.
Police arrived at the scene, but could not locate a victim. A short time later, police were advised the victim arrived at the hospital.
The victim is the sixth person shot in Paterson over the weekend.
