Paterson reports 10 new coronavirus cases

The number of people tested positive for the new coronavirus in Paterson increased by 10 to 6,445 on Friday afternoon, according to municipal government data.
Daily new cases have been dropping since the beginning of May with some fluctuations. The three-day moving average of daily cases stands at 19.
No new fatalities were reported on Friday. Paterson has 302 deaths from Covid-19.
Paterson has the largest outbreak of the virus in Passaic County.
Passaic County has 16,387 infections with 957 deaths. Overall, New Jersey has 163,336 cases with 12,049 fatalities.
