Paterson: Judge orders fresh recount in 2nd Ward election

A judge has ordered a new recount in the messy 2nd Ward election that was decided by a single vote following two previous recounts.
Recount is expected to take place on Friday.
Incumbent Shahin Khalique has a single vote lead over his main rival former councilman Mohammed Akhtaruzzaman.
