Paterson man seriously injured in Totowa Avenue hit-and-run. Police seek public help to find suspect van.

A 39-year-old city man was seriously injured after he was struck by a light-colored Dodge Caravan on Totowa Avenue late Saturday night, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Police are now seeking the public’s help to locate the light-colored Dodge Caravan which is missing its passenger side mirror.
Authorities said the victim was trying to cross Totowa Avenue near Marion Street at around 11:43 p.m. when the van struck him. After hitting the man, the suspect vehicle fled before police arrived.
Anyone with knowledge of the vehicle or incident is asked to call the Paterson Police Department Traffic Bureau at 973-321-1112.
