Paterson firefighters put out blaze at vacant Main Street building

Firefighters put out a blaze that started in the attic of a three-story Main Street building late Sunday night.
Fire at 853 Main Street came in at 11:28 p.m., said deputy fire chief Donn Langevin It reached second-alarm. He said the fire was in the cock loft.
No civilian injuries were reported. A fire battalion chief suffered heat exhaustion.
