Six alleged drug dealers, two buyers arrested in Paterson drug bust

The police arrested six alleged drug dealers and two buyers in a bust on Summer Street, according to public safety director Jerry Speziale.
Police identified the alleged dealers as Leah Mallon, 29; Ronmir Jones, 20; Jordan White, 25; Jamel Bethea, 31; Qashone Brooks, 31; Merciful Parks, 26, all of Paterson.
Police identified the buyers as Jason Riabaudo, 44, of Lodi; and Brielle Roth, 31, of Ridgefield Park.
Authorities set up surveillance in the area of 239 Summer Street to catch the alleged drug dealers and buyers on Friday in response to complaints.
Police said the alleged dealers were working together to sell drugs.
Police seized 236 glassine envelopes of heroin and $489 in drug proceeds in the bust.
Riabaudo allegedly bought 10 bags of heroin from the dealers and Roth bought 3 bags. Both buyers were charged with drug possession.
The dealers were each charged with numerous drug offenses, police said.
