Paterson man wounded in overnight shooting on Park Avenue

A city man was wounded in a shooting on Park Avenue early Tuesday morning, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 25-year-old, was struck by gunfire on Park Avenue and East 18th Street at around 1:06 a.m. He got himself to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
His injuries are non-fatal authorities said.
Five people have been shot, one fatally, in Paterson since Sunday.
