Paterson man injured in Governor Street shooting

A city man was wounded in a shooting on Governor Street late Wednesday night, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 42-year-old, was struck by gunfire at around 9:54 p.m. on Governor and Summer streets.
Police located the victim at the intersection of Governor Street and 12th Avenue. He was rushed to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment.
The victim sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound, police said.
