26-year-old Paterson man killed in Lawrence Street shooting

A city man was fatally wounded in a shooting on Lawrence Street on Thursday night, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Twyshon Depew, 26-year-old, was struck by gunfire in the area of 187 Lawrence Street at around 9:01 p.m.
Depew arrived at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in private vehicle for treatment. He was admitted for emergency treatment, but succumbed to his injuries.
Police said the victim was pronounced dead at 11:01 p.m.
