Paterson police arrest alleged drug dealer, seize 183 bags of heroin on Hamilton Avenue

The police arrested an alleged drug dealer and seized 183 glassine envelopes of heroin in a raid on Hamilton Avenue, according to public safety director Jerry Speziale.
Khalid Lisbon, 26-year-old, of Paterson, were arrested in the raid at 228 Hamilton Avenue on Monday at 10:50 a.m.
Lisbon lives at the address, police said.
Lisbon was charged with four drug offenses, police said.
