Paterson man wounded in 19th Avenue shooting

A city man was wounded in a shooting on 19th Avenue late Friday afternoon, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 22-year-old, was struck by gunfire in the area of 19th Avenue and East 21st Street, police said. He arrived Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center at around 5:49 p.m. seeking treatment for a gunshot wound.
