Paterson police arrest alleged drug dealer, seize heroin, handgun in East 30th Street raid

The police arrested an alleged drug dealer and seized heroin and a handgun during a raid at an apartment on East 30th Street, according to public safety director Jerry Speziale.
Luis A. Sierra, 20-year-old, was arrested and charged with five drugs and two weapons offenses.
Sierra was allegedly dealing drugs near 445 East 30th Street. Police began an investigation into his activities in March.
On Wednesday, police raided his apartment at 445 East 30th Street. Police seized a loaded .38 caliber Taurus revolver with six rounds, 201 grams of cocaine, and 532 glassine envelopes and 25 knotted bags of heroin.
