The police arrested two alleged dealers selling phencyclidine (PCP) dipped cigarettes and two customers in an operation on Pearl Street, according to public safety director Jerry Speziale.

Glendrick W. Lawson, 30; Tyeshone M. Llanos, 31; Jose Colindre, 45; and Algenis Matos, 39, all of Paterson, were arrested on drug charges.

Lawson and Llanos were charged with numerous possession and distribution charges. Colindre and Matos were charged with drug possession.

Police observed Lawson and Llanos, the two alleged dealers, make hand-to-hand drug sales on Tuesday afternoon on Pearl Street and Rosa Parks Boulevard. Police raided 343 Rosa Parks Boulevard and arrested both alleged dealers.

Detectives seized both dealers’ “shared stash” of three jars of PCP.
