Paterson man allegedly sexually abused child in Passaic City residence

A Paterson man has been arrested and charged with allegedly abusing a child in a residence in Passaic City between 2019 and 2020, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Noe Hernandez-Quintana, 37-year-old, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and aggravated criminal sexual contact.
Hernandez-Quintana allegedly sexually abused the child, who is 15 years old now, in a residence in Passaic City between 2019 and 2020.
Authorities learned about the abuse from the Division of Child Protection and Permanency on June 7. The child disclosed being sexually abused by Hernandez-Quintana to the division.
Hernandez-Quintana could face decades in prison if convicted.
