Paterson man wounded in Godwin Avenue shooting

A city man was wounded in a shooting on Godwin Avenue early Friday morning, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 33-year-old, arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in private vehicle seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound at around 3:35 a.m.
Police said the victim was walking on Godwin Avenue and Summer Street when he was struck by gunfire.
