Paterson man wounded in 8th Avenue shooting

A city man was wounded in a shooting on 8th Avenue on Thursday afternoon, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 28-year-old, was struck by gunfire on 8th Avenue and East 17th Street at around 1:56 p.m.
He sustained a non-fatal gunshot injury. He was taken to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
