Paterson closing Eastside and Kennedy early for students due to Covid-19

The city’s two largest high schools are having early dismissal on Tuesday because of lack of nursing services at John F. Kennedy High School and Eastside High School resulting from Covid-19, according to officials.
Students will be dismissed at 1 p.m. and staff will leave at their regular time. Students will be remote on Wednesday and Thursday while staff will teach from their classrooms at both high schools, officials said.
