North Haledon man arrested for allegedly distributing child pornography

A man who works for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) company in Paterson has been arrested for allegedly distributing child pornography over the internet, according to Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik.
Andrew J. Duval, 27, of North Haledon, was arrested on Thursday. He was charged with maintaining child pornography, distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a defaced firearm.
Duval was allegedly distributing images of child sexual abuse on the internet. During the search of his residence, police seized electronic devices and a defaced firearm.
Duval is being held at the Passaic County Jail pending a court hearing.
