Paterson man wounded in Saturday afternoon shooting

A city man was wounded in a shooting on North 3rd Street on Saturday afternoon, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 20-year-old, was struck by gunfire on North 3rd and Temple streets at around 1:42 p.m. He was taken to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Police said the victim sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.
