Juvenile wounded in Paterson shooting

A juvenile was wounded in a shooting on Hamilton Avenue Sunday afternoon.
At approximately 5:26 p.m., there was a report of shots fired in the area of Hamilton Avenue and Carroll Street. Members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the scene, and upon arrival, they found evidence of a potential crime scene. However, no victims were found at the location.
Later on, a juvenile arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center seeking treatment for a nonfatal gunshot wound. It is believed that the juvenile was a victim of the shooting incident on Hamilton Avenue and Carroll Street.
