26-year-old man shot in Paterson’s Presidential Boulevard area

Members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to University Hospital in Newark at approximately 1:21 a.m. on Monday, in response to a report of a 26-year-old male resident of Paterson, who sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.
The victim informed authorities that the incident occurred Sunday, at approximately 11:45 p.m. in the area of Presidential Boulevard and Temple Street in Paterson.
Details regarding the circumstances of the shooting or the identity of the victim have not been disclosed by the authorities at this time.
