Paterson man hurt in Christmas shooting

A city man was wounded in a shooting on Madison Street early Monday morning, according to the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
The victim, 45-year-old, was struck by gunfire on Madison and Morton streets at around 2:42 a.m.
Police responded to the scene, but could not find the victim. A short time later, police were notified the victim arrived at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center seeking treatment.
