A 33-year-old man from Passaic City was hospitalized early Friday after being shot in Paterson.

At approximately 5:22 a.m., members of the police were dispatched to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center to meet with the victim, who had sustained a non-fatal gunshot wound.

Upon investigation, police determined that the shooting occurred near Park Avenue and East 18th Street.
