Four-year-old hospitalized after stabbing in Paterson

Police responded to a residence near East 24th Street and 10th Avenue in Paterson at approximately 4:05 p.m. on Friday following a report of a child who had been stabbed.
Upon arrival, officers found a four-year-old child suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim was immediately transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment and has been admitted in stable condition.
No information has been released regarding any suspects or the circumstances surrounding the stabbing.
