21-year-old injured in Paterson shooting

A 21-year-old man from Paterson was shot late Friday night, police said.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Carroll and Harrison streets at around 9:17 p.m. on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found the man suffering from a non-fatal gunshot wound, according to police. He was taken to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
Authorities said they located a potential crime scene in the area. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
