Paterson man injured in 10th Avenue shooting

A man was wounded in a shooting on 10th Avenue late Thursday evening, police said.
Officers responded to the area of 10th Avenue and East 26th Street at approximately 10:29 p.m. and found the man suffering from a non-fatal gunshot wound.
The victim, a 43-year-old Paterson resident, was transported to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center for treatment.
Police located a potential crime scene in the area and are investigating.
