Mark Brown, 22 of Paterson was charged with armed robbery. Brown whipped a man and robbed a gas station at Jersey Gas at Lakeview and Crooks avenues. Currently he is being held in the Passaic County jail on $400,000 bail. This was reported by North Jersey.
