A study released by Norwegian researches says, drinking a cup of coffee can help reduce pain in shoulders, wrists, neck, and forearms. The scientists took 48 people and put them up to injurious tasks, mimicking office environment of course; after the results came in, those who drank coffee before starting the assignments emulating office work were less likely to feel pains in the aforementioned areas of their body.
The study has been published in the BMC Research Notes, a scientific journal.
But there are problems, researchers are unsure how much coffee is needed to cause reduction in pain caused by common office work, in other words, they are not sure if a cup a day will keep a person pain free.
