A man living near Union Ave and Kearny Street could not sleep peacefully during the early morning hours as a result of noises coming from the outside. To address the problem the man, 24 years-old, got up, went outside to tell off the offender, but instead of resolving the problem, he was pistol whipped over the head which left a cut. He was taken to St. Joseph Medical Center.

Police identified a suspect. The man who wanted quiet, was treated and released from St. Joseph’s.
