Passaic County Mosquito Control, an organization designed to cull the spread of mosquitoes, will be spraying pesticide today, Thursday, in Amity Street and North 1st Street inside Paterson.
It also plans to do the same in surrounding towns and suburbs of Paterson: Wayne, Totowa, Pompton Lakes, North Haledon, and Clifton.
As we have reported in the past, there has been one case of West Nile virus in Passaic County; the new measures taken by the Passaic County Department of Health’s anti-mosquito arm, should prevent future cases of the virus.
If there are mosquitoes in your area lodge a complaint with the Passaic County Mosquito Control.
