A man was assaulted by a group of individuals in front of Totowa Super Market on Totowa Ave at around 12 am;  he was beaten with liquor bottles, and was lifeless on the floor before police came on the scene.

Earlier during the night, locals reported of seeing a strange group of about 8 or 9 men hanging around Totowa Ave.
