A man was arrested for chatting explicitly with a 12 year-old girl over the internet, reported a local paper. Little did the man realize the 12-year-old was a police officers from Passaic County Sheriff’s Internet Crime Unit.

Tony Estevez, 43-year-old, was arrested for soliciting sex from a minor.

The 43-year-old linked the minor to pornographic websites, and at one point attempted to meet her in person, which the 43-year-old reneged after making appointments to do so.

Mr Estevez is being held at Passaic County Jail on a bail of 50,000-dollars.
