Police arrested a 24-year-old man with the rape of a 74-year-old woman in Cianci Street, reported a local paper.

An area local called police after seeing a naked black man on the street after he had finished sexually assaulting the elderly woman.

Kenneth Fields, the man responsible for the assault, is in police custody; the victim was taken to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center.
