An elderly woman was mugged by 3 men near Van Houten and Cianci Streets; one of the individuals had a knife in hand which he used to extract a phone from the 60-year-old woman.

In second similar incident: a 52-year-old woman was robbed at knife-point by a man who ran with her belongings after placing a knife near her neck — the incident happened near Memorial Drive and Market Street.

Both incidents took place on Monday, and were reported by an online news source.

Police have yet to catch any suspects, but they are investigating.
