On Madison Avenue a house caught on fire forcing a couple to flee through the second floor window on to their neighbor’s bedroom.

Bystanders have said both seemed somewhat shocked and were uninjured by the fire.

The blaze which started little before 9pm on Friday night left one woman injured and two other homes damaged.

Firefighters have yet to find the cause of the blaze.
