A man was walking near Rosa Parks Boulevard and Warren Street when he heard sound of gunshots being fired — the man had been shot in the left leg, according to police.

The incident unfolded at around 6:20pm on Monday.

After being shot the victim ran about a block, found a bystander, who called the police. Paterson Police is asking anyone with information to call 973-523-8477.
