Homeless man charged with arson

A homeless man who lived inside a shed on Ellison Street not far from a community correction center building has been charged with setting that building on fire, reported a local paper.

The community correction center, owned by Kintock Group, had as its aim to rehabilitate individuals who have completed their sentences, and are working to re-enter society.

James C. Lee, 57-year-old, was charged with arson, a charge that could result in him getting 3 to 5 years in prison; he set a dumpster on fire which spread to other areas in the building damaging a good deal of it.
