Sunday evening, at around 8pm, a woman, who was walking near the area, was held at gunpoint near Madison and 17th Avenues by three man; out of the three, one of the robbers had a weapons, it is speculated the others did not.

The three approached the 52-year-old woman, one of them pulled out a gun, and demanded everything she had; the woman fearing for her life forfeited her cell phone along with all other valuables.

After getting possession of her money and cell phone, the trio ran.
