Drug dealer who sold in Paterson and Clifton receives 4 years

A Paterson man was sentenced to 51 months in prison for his role in a conspiracy to distribute illegal drugs, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Bahadir Yahsi, 30-year-old, had in his possession large quantities of oxycodone, a painkiller, and ecstasy, an illegal drug often consumed by club goers. Mr Yahsi with a friend of his, Ersin Eroglu, who pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 24-months in prison at a different occasion, sold more than 90 oxycodone pills in September 2010, in and around the borderlands between Paterson and Clifton.

Mr Yahsi also distributed MDMA pills in three different locations in Paterson. Mr Yahsi faces 51 months in prison and “three years of supervised release”.
